REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Introduction Thank you for shopping with RIVOTIREBIKE. We strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we are happy to offer a detailed return and refund process to make things right.

Eligibility for Returns You can return most new, unopened, and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. However, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards or items marked as non-returnable.

Condition of Returns Returned products must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. If the product has been used, damaged, or altered, it may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@rivotirebike.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Process Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Charges Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, except in cases where we made an error with your order or the product was defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges If you need to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return procedure and place a new order for the desired product. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

Defective Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will offer you a full refund or replacement, and return shipping will be covered by RIVOTIREBIKE.
